I had World Class install a residential lighting system more than 10 years ago and it still works great. As happy as I have been with the system, however, I have been most pleased over the years with the ongoing service whenever I have needed periodic maintenance, replacements, etc. Service employee in both the World Class office and in the field have always been pleasant, prompt and looking to help me get what I need. I highly recommend World Class Outdoor Lighting.
Wow!! Just wow!! Kevin came out a few days after I first called World Class Outdoor Lighting and had some brilliant (pun intended) ideas for landscape lighting for our property. Thanks to their no-nonsense pricing policy he was able to give me a price quote on the spot. They e-mailed me a proposal to sign and WITHIN 2 WEEKS our yard was graced with what is absolutely stunning lighting, and it is rock-solid, quality stuff. I need to mention too that the installation crew was SO polite and hard-working, and just a pleasure to have around. Do yourself a favor and call World Class Outdoor Lighting. I'm SO glad I did.
Some of our outdoor lights were not activating at their scheduled time. Called in the problem, and we had two service people at our home within 24 hours. They quickly found the problem (a disconnected wire beneath an arborvitae), fixed it, and were on their way within 30 minutes. Job well done.
We were delighted when World Class Lighting responded to our service request exceptionally fast. Our system was only two years old, and the technician quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. We also added three more lights to our system and the same technician had them immediately available on his truck. A++ service. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

We've had World Class handling our lighting maintenance for a number of years and couldn't be happier. They do excellent work. We recently had them replace 3 bulbs and add an uplight to a new tree. It's beautiful!

We recently bought a home in Brookfield which was in need of supplemental outdoor lighting. Worldclass Outdoor Lighting is professional, polite, and world class! My wife and I have chased out other outdoor lighting company for MONTHS to fix a problem with the lights, that stops them from being on at all. My wife would have to call them 4 to 5 times to get a return call, usually a month or more from when the first call came in. Not the case here!
Kevin was out the next day, solved what he could in 10 minutes (fixing 95% of the issues) and did what the other guys couldn't in 6+ months of frustration. USE THESE GUYS! A+

We started working with World Class Lighting after moving into our home in 2021. It came with a system of beautiful exterior lights that World Class helped create and maintain by the prior owner. It is a great system. Occasionally it's needed maintenance and World Class has been right there for us. Highly recommend them!
